Kick off the convention by enjoying a delicious selection of catered heavy hors d'oeuvres, tasty light finger foods and various champagnes in an intimate, dinner-style atmosphere with our celebrity guests of honor, Guardians of Forever, Ambassadors and the Chairman of the convention from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. Friday evening.  Our guests of honor this year are Robert O'Reilly, Gary Graham and Conrad Coates.

Our exclusive VIP Champagne Reception is ticketed separately from and in addition to a full weekend membership to the convention, and is restricted to ticket holders.  The location will be disclosed to ticket holders upon convention check-in.  
Attendance is limited to 20 persons who purchase a full weekend membership to the convention and is restricted to adults over the age of 21.

Admission to our exclusive VIP Champagne Reception must be purchased separately NO LATER THAN MAY 18 for $30.00* per person.  Please use the PayPal button on the left.  Tickets to this event will not be available for sale once the attendance maximum has been reached or after May 18, whichever occurs first.

* Plus $1.20 PayPal processing fee.  To avoid this fee, remit payment by check or money order and be sure to allow time for postal delivery on or before May 18.

PLEASE NOTE: The VIP Champagne Reception is a cocktail reception.  Accordingly, cocktail attire (or formal Star Trek costume) is respectfully requested.  "Cocktail attire" can be anything from business casual to semi-formal.  For gentlemen, this means (at minimum) shirt, tie and slacks or better; for ladies, this means (at minimum) pant suit or cocktail dress or better.  Casual dress (e.g., jeans and t-shirts) is discouraged.
Our souvenir commemorative t-shirts will feature a full-sized, full-color design depicting our celebrity guests with the name and date of the convention on a high-quality, 50/50 polycot shirt.  Available in red, black, royal blue, green or gold in all sizes from Small to 6XL.  Pre-ordering is highly recommended to ensure your choice of color and size.  Only a limited selection of these shirts in sizes Small to 2XL will be available for sale at the convention.  Persons who want a 3XL or larger shirt must order in advance.  Our souvenir commemorative t-shirts are $20.00* each and will be available for pickup at the convention.
