Running a small, all-volunteer
convention can be very expensive. In addition to all the typical
expenses involved with the annual convention itself, such as appearance
fees, airfare and hotel rooms for our guests, advertising, equipment
rental, program books, badges, signage, hotel meeting room rental, con
suite food and so much more, there are also general business expenses
throughout the year that must be paid, such as post office box rental,
web site hosting, business licenses, ASCAP fees and more. Memberships
and merchandise sales such as t-shirts alone do not cover these expenses,
so we are especially grateful for any donations to help supplement those
sales and help keep both the convention and the business running. To
