Information about our Infinity Memberships, VIP Champagne Reception, souvenir t-shirts, embroidered sport shirts, fan tables and Preregistered Memberships for adults, children and preschoolers is given below.  Please fill out and submit the Membership Application at the bottom of this page.  Once submitted, you will be directed to a new page where you may purchase your desired membership bundle and additional items.
INFINITY MEMBERSHIPS
An Infinity membership is a lifetime membership to Treklanta and is valid for the lifetime of the member who purchases it or for whom it is purchased.  An Infinity membership includes a full three-day badge to the convention each year, every year, for as long as Treklanta continues to hold conventions.  Infinity memberships are $500 plus PayPal fees.

An Infinity membership shall be for the sole and exclusive use of the person who purchases it or the person for whom it is purchased.  Once assigned to a specific individual, an Infinity membership may not be sold, assigned, bequeathed, conveyed, donated, exchanged, gifted, given, granted, leased, loaned, pledged, traded, transferred or used by any other person for any reason whatsoever.
VIP CHAMPAGNE RECEPTION
Have drinks and delicacies with our Guests of Honor!
Kick off the convention by enjoying a delicious selection of
light hors d'oeuvres and various champagnes in an intimate, dinner-style atmosphere with our Guests of Honor, Guardians of Forever, Ambassadors and the Chairman of the convention, from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. Friday evening.

This exclusive and elegant reception will be held in the Presidential Suite on the top floor of the hotel and admittance is restricted to ticket holders.  
Attendance is limited to 30 persons and restricted to persons over the age of 21.  The VIP Champagne Reception may be purchased in addition to the Friday Weekend Adult and Friday Only Adult membership categories for $50 plus PayPal fees.

PLEASE NOTE: The VIP Champagne Reception is a cocktail reception.  Accordingly, cocktail attire (or formal Star Trek costume) is respectfully requested.  "Cocktail attire" can be anything from business casual to semi-formal.  For gentlemen, this means shirt, tie and slacks or better; for ladies, this means pant suit or cocktail dress or better.  Casual dress (e.g., jeans and t-shirts) is discouraged.
LIMITED EDITION SOUVENIR T-SHIRTS AND EMBROIDERED SPORT SHIRTS

Our commemorative t-shirt for 2020 will feature the likenesses of our celebrity guests of honor in a full-color design on the front of a high-quality 50/50 polycot shirt.  Preorder your Treklanta t-shirt to ensure your choice of size and color.  Sizes and colors will be limited at the convention.

Our sport shirts feature the Treklanta logo embroidered in the upper left chest area of a high-quality 50/50 polycot two-button collared shirt.  Treklanta sport shirts are available only by preorder and will not be available at the convention.

T-shirts are $25 each and sport shirts are $30 each.  Both shirts are available in sizes Small to 6XL in red, blue, black, gold or green.  One t-shirt is included in some membership bundles; additional t-shirts can be ordered separately.  Sport shirts may be ordered in addition to a membership bundle.

FAN TABLES
What's the difference between a fan table and a dealer table?
Fan tables are offered to fan clubs, authors, artists, conventions, nonprofit organizations, musical acts, fan film productions and other persons or groups to promote themselves.  Only merchandise created and produced by the tableholder is allowed to be sold.  For example, a fan club may sell only club memberships and club-branded merchandise, an author may sell only his own books, an artist may sell only his own artwork, a musical act may sell only its own recordings, etc.  Dealer tables are offered to companies who are in the business of selling merchandise and dealers are allowed to sell pretty much anything.

FAN TABLES: You can only sell merchandise that you create or produce yourself.
Dealer tables are located in the Dealers Room, which has specific hours of operation and is secured when closed.  Fan tables are located in the common areas of the hotel and are not secured.  Treklanta does not require that fan tables be staffed at specific times (or at all), but takes no responsibility for the safety and security of any goods or merchandise left on tables unattended.

DEALER TABLES: Dealers can sell any retail merchandise.
Dealer tables are $80.00 each and include one membership per table.  Fan tables are $10.00* each (plus 61¢ PayPal processing fee) and are available only to attending members of the convention.  Anyone attending a fan table must be registered with the convention.  Badge-sharing is strictly prohibited.

Wi-fi access and access to electricity is guaranteed to dealers.  Although there is a limited number of electrical outlets located throughout the common areas of the hotel, access to electricity may or may not be available to fan tables and is not offered, promised or guaranteed by the convention.  Free wi-fi access may not be available in the convention's area of the hotel but may be available for a fee from the hotel.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Please fill out and submit this form to apply for a Treklanta membership.  Upon submitting your application, you will be redirected to a web page where you may purchase the membership bundle of your choice and, if desired, admission to our VIP Champagne Reception.  Only one membership may be purchased per each form submission.

Must include at least your first and last name as it appears on your government-issued ID.  Also include any initials and/or suffixes you would like printed on your badge.  You must present your ID at Registration to pick up your membership badge.  All attendees of the convention must wear their badge in convention areas at all times.  Badge-sharing is strictly prohibited and anyone caught sharing a badge will be immediately ejected without refund and permanently banned from the convention.  Lost badges can be replaced at the convention for the then-current at-the-door weekend price.
