Book Advertising

| Advertise your business, event, organization or service in the 2020 Treklanta program book! The program book will be a full-color, 32- to 36-page digest-sized (5½" x 8½") saddle-stitched magazine printed on high quality glossy paper in standard portrait orientation. Every guest and attending member of the convention will receive one copy with their registration. Ad sizes, rates and submission requirements are given below. | ||||||||||||||

The
deadline for all artwork and payments is Friday, April 10, 2020. Refunds
will not be issued if this deadline is missed.
Our on-staff professional graphic designer can create your ad for you at no additional charge (see details below), or you can submit your own camera-ready artwork (CRA). Artwork must be submitted as a full-size 300 dpi CMYK JPG or GIF image file or as a PDF in the exact dimensions specified. Artwork submitted in any other image format may be rejected and any artwork submitted as an embedded image in an MS Word document WILL be rejected. Images from the Internet are rarely suitable for print. Submitted artwork that does not exactly match the dimensions specified may be rejected or cropped, trimmed, resized or otherwise altered at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued if submitted artwork is rejected for any of these reasons. If you are unsure if your artwork meets these criteria, submit it for our evaluation and we will let you know if any changes need to be made or, depending on the changes needed, we may make the needed change(s) for you. Camera-ready artwork (CRA) may be emailed to information@treklanta.org or postal mailed to Treklanta, PO Box 620605, Atlanta GA 30362-2605. Payment by check or money order may also be sent to the post office box address. |
