The Treklanta 2017 Dealers Room will be held in the Pinot Noir Ballroom of the DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Northlake hotel.  Pinot Noir is 34' wide by 45' deep for 1,530 square feet of floor space with a twelve-foot-tall ceiling.  The room will accommodate up to 18 six-foot-wide tables arranged as shown below, including four tables against each side wall and ten tables in a rectangle in the center of the room.  Dealer tables are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and every attempt will be made to grant each dealer's requested table selection.  However, Treklanta reserves the right to reassign table locations if circumstances require it.

Dealers Room tables are $80 each and include one convention membership per table.

Dealers Room Rules
Electrical power supply expectations should be reasonable.  Each dealer who requires electricity at his table must bring his own extension cord and a surge-protected power strip.
Sale of all merchandise must be legal in the County and the State of Georgia.
All dealers are responsible for licensing within the State and County.
All trademarked merchandise must be properly licensed.  Bootlegged items will not be allowed.
All Treklanta rules must be followed as stated in the program book and/or web site.
Setup may begin at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 28, 2017, and should be completed by 7:00 p.m.  Teardown must be completed by 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, 2017.
Items may not be attached to the walls.  Displays must be freestanding and cannot block the aisles or doors.  Table cloths and table skirts will be provided by the hotel and may not be removed from the Dealers Room.
No illegal material, pornographic material or sexual paraphernalia may be on display.  Items that are of questionable content, as decided by the Director of Operations, should be completely covered or removed.  Should you disagree with the Director of Operations, you may appeal to the Chairman.  The item(s) in question must remain covered or removed during the appeal process.
If a problem occurs within the Dealers Room, contact Convention Security or the Director of Operations.  Do not intervene.  If necessary, Convention Security or the Director of Operations will involve the Chairman to help resolve the matter.
Violation of any of these rules may result in loss of merchant privileges.  No refund will be issued.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All dealer table sales should be considered FINAL.  Refunds for any reason shall be at the sole discretion of Treklanta management.  Refunds on dealer tables will be made ONLY if and when Treklanta can resell the table(s) to another dealer prior to the first day of the convention, and any such refund will only be in the amount of the net payment received for the resold table(s).  Treklanta shall not be obligated to make any attempt to resell a dealer table and shall not be obligated to issue any refund for any reason.  Refunds will NOT be issued to "no-shows," i.e., dealers who do not show up for the convention.

Dealer Registration
Dealer tables are "first come, first served."  A dealer table is reserved only upon receipt of payment.  There are two methods to register and submit payment:
ONLINE: Click the PayPal "Add to Cart" button below* and select the number of dealer tables you want.  In the "Instructions to Seller" box, include 1) your name; 2) your company, business or group name; 3) the type of merchandise you will be selling (i.e., jewelry, t-shirts, collectibles, books, games, artwork, etc.); 4) your web site or other online address (Facebook, Etsy, etc.); and 5) your daytime phone number.
* Includes $2.70 PayPal processing fee per table.  To avoid this fee, download, fill out and mail in the Dealers Room Application with your check or money order.
BY MAIL: Download, fill out and mail in the Dealers Room Application with your check or money order payable to "Treklanta" to Treklanta, PO Box 620605, Atlanta GA  30362-2605.
